The subdivision was born from a new project by Belogi Costruzioni srl.
From a single area, positioned in a pleasant and reserved context, two lots will be developed for single or two-family houses.
CASA MARTINA
The basic restructuring, consisting of the complete remaking of the walkway floor made of steel and the roof made of wood, allowed the insertion of photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity. The system for the production of hot water is totally conceived and designed for operation without the consumption of energy, but with the help of solar thermal. Low consumption and a new look for this single-family house have allowed the creation of a small jewel.
